Ayooka is a multi-vendor marketplace operated by the company Ayooka, headquartered in Koumassi – Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. The platform allows third-party sellers to list and sell products online, and enables users to purchase goods via web or mobile.
Certain services require the creation of a personal account (as buyer or seller).
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. Any action taken through your account is your responsibility.
By using Ayooka, you agree to:
Not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
Not post or transmit content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or misleading
Comply with applicable laws in Côte d’Ivoire (consumer protection, intellectual property, etc.)
Respect the rights of other users (buyers, sellers, couriers)
Orders are placed directly via the website or mobile app.
Payment is made using secure channels: mobile money (Orange Money, MTN) or other approved providers.
Once payment is confirmed, the order is considered final and binding.
Delivery is carried out by Ayooka’s courier partners or by vendors.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on your location.
Users are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses.
Users have up to 7 business days after receiving the product to report an issue (defect, wrong item, non-conformity).
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the seller is at fault.
Some products are non-returnable: perishable goods, hygiene items, digital content, etc.
Ayooka acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not directly responsible for any failure by the seller (e.g. missing or defective items).
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical issues on the site.
In case of a dispute between buyer and seller, Ayooka may act as a neutral mediator, but we do not guarantee a resolution.

All content on Ayooka.com (logos, text, images, design, source code, videos) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Ayooka reserves the right to suspend or delete your account in case of:
Fraud or attempted fraud
Posting illegal or prohibited content
Violating ethical, legal, or commercial norms
We may modify these terms at any time. In case of significant changes, users will be notified by email or via a notice on the website.
These terms are governed by the laws of Côte d’Ivoire. In case of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Abidjan, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
